For a Complete and Healthy Smile

We offer full-arch restoration, which replaces an entire arch of teeth on as few as 4 dental implant posts, giving you a new, complete smile in as fast as a day!

Many people are unhappy with their smile. It's unfortunate, but it doesn’t mean you have to live with a smile that you have to hide or that negatively impacts your eating, speaking, and overall health. 7x7 Dental Implant & Oral Surgery Specialists understands the difficulties associated with an incomplete smile, and we are excited to offer you a gentle and effective treatment that will leave you with the beautiful and healthy smile you deserve.

Full-arch restoration, also called Teeth-In-An-Hour, is a procedure that involves placing an entire arch of replacement teeth in your mouth. This new arch of teeth is supported on as few as 4 dental implant posts, is permanent, and can last a lifetime with proper oral care. The entire surgical process can be completed in one visit, which means you get to experience a brand-new and complete smile much more quickly than other tooth replacement treatments. Not only will you experience less post-surgical discomfort, but this revolutionary treatment is available at a fraction of the cost of other methods.

If you are only missing a single tooth or a few teeth, visit our dental implants page to learn more.

Full-Arch Restoration Procedure

This treatment is performed in the safety and comfort of our San Francisco offices. Oral surgeons undergo extensive hands-on training in IV sedation and anesthesia techniques, so you are in very capable and caring hands with our team. The first step is to visit us for a consultation, where we will evaluate your condition and outline a treatment plan that is right for you.

During the surgical procedure, your oral surgeon will remove any teeth that remain in the arch that is going to be replaced. Then, dental implants will be carefully inserted into your jaw bone, and the surgical sites will be stitched closed. We have a comfortable area in our offices where you will rest after your procedure until the anesthesia wears off and you are ready to be driven home by your pre-arranged designated driver.

As your implant sites heal, you’ll wear a natural-looking temporary denture. After your sites have healed and are ready, your permanent fixed denture will be placed. When you go to look at your smile, you will see a beautiful new arch of teeth smiling back at you!

Types of Anesthesia
